Important of Quotes in Accounting?
If you provide a potential customer with a quote, it’s like giving them a detailed document showing the prices, terms, and other important info about what you’re offering. This helps them understand the deal before deciding to go ahead. A satisfaction result would be when the customer is happy with the quote and is likely to proceed with the purchase or service. It means they find the terms fair, the prices reasonable, and the overall offer meets their expectations.
